This is a conference that will reflect views and perspectives of science and technology education globally, and aims to enable all attendees to use the ideas locally upon their return. For this reason, we urge all ICASE friends who have contributed to ICASE in the past, who still support ICASE today, and who will contribute in the future, to take part in this important conference by
