REGISTRATION FORM
To complete your registration, please make sure to fill in the Registration Form before proceeding to the payment page. This step is required in order to confirm your details and secure your participation.
When you pay the registration fee either by credit card or by bank transfer to the ICASE account, you will automatically get a receipt from PayPal or from the banking system that you use. However, if you need a formal letter confirming registration and payment to help you obtain a visa, please email Stephen Murphy (stephenmurphy@ucc.ie) and attach a copy of the receipt to your email. Stephen will then send you the letter.
The easiest way to pay the registration fee is to pay online using a credit card. Please have a credit card to hand before completing this form. Payment will be processed via PayPal but you do not need to have a PayPal account. The “early bird” registration fees apply up to and including 31st March 2026 are as follows:
Early Bird
Full conference package: €350
Reduced conference package: €200
After 31st March 2026
Full conference package: €390
Reduced conference package: €240
Please note: All international attendees contact details which includes full name and email address to verify attendance only will be shared with the National Tourism Development Authority (Fáilte Ireland) having its principal office at 88-95 Amiens Street, Dublin 1 as a funder of the event for the purpose of verifying attendance at the event only as required under Section 8 of the National Tourism Development Authority Act, 2003 and that this data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months. Thereafter, the details will be destroyed in a secure manner.
