E\u011fitim giderek teknoloji destekli yap\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f, hatta teknoloji temelli \u00f6\u011fretim sistemleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sistemlerde kullan\u0131lan teknoloji yayg\u0131n olarak bilgisayar ve internettir. Bilgisayar ve \u00f6zellikle internetin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, bilgiyi elde etme yollar\u0131nda ve ileti\u015fimde teknoloji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Teknoloji her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131n i\u00e7erisine girmektedir. \u0130nternet kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve bir\u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fik hizmetin elektronik ortamlardan sunulmas\u0131 giderek daha fazla yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, e\u011fitim sistemleri de bilgi ve ileti\u015fim teknolojilerini kullanmak ve onlar\u0131 kullanan insanlar yeti\u015ftirmek zorundad\u0131r (Bayrak\u00e7\u0131, 2005).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teknoloji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 ile bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 artm\u0131\u015f ve bilgiye daha kolay ula\u015f\u0131labilir hale gelmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece bilgi ve ileti\u015fim teknolojileri (B\u0130T) kavram\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve kullan\u0131m\u0131 giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u0130T ile bireyler, k\u0131sa zamanda bir\u00e7ok bilgiye ula\u015farak, bu bilgileri de\u011ferlendirme, d\u00fczeltme, yeni bilgilerle sentezleme, yorumlama, ba\u015fkalar\u0131 ile payla\u015farak beyin f\u0131rt\u0131nas\u0131 yapabilme gibi f\u0131rsatlar kazanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Akkoyunlu &amp; Kurbano\u011flu, 2004; Taylor, 2006; Erol, 2010; Demiralay &amp; Karadeniz, 2008; Probert, 2009; Kurbano\u011flu, 2010; Vord, 2010).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilgi ve ileti\u015fim teknolojileri, bilgiye ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bilginin tasarlanmas\u0131n\u0131, d\u00fczenlenmesini ve geli\u015ftirilmesini sa\u011flayan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc g\u00f6rsel, i\u015fitsel, bas\u0131l\u0131 ve yaz\u0131l\u0131 ara\u00e7lard\u0131r (Information Technology Association of America, 2007). Bilgi teknolojisi, \u00f6\u011frenme ortam\u0131na temel te\u015fkil etmekte olup, toplumdaki bireylerin ya\u015fam boyu s\u00fcrekli e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmelerinde, bilgi da\u011farc\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve ufuklar\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletebilmelerinde, mesleklerine y\u00f6nelik yeni beceriler kazanmalar\u0131nda ve uzak k\u0131rsal y\u00f6relere de e\u011fitim imk\u00e2nlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclmesinde g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemeyecek kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r (\u00c7ava\u015f, K\u0131\u015fla ve Twining, 2006). \u00d6\u011frencilerin, ileti\u015fim teknolojilerini kullanmalar\u0131 sayesinde, \u00f6\u011frenmekte olduklar\u0131 yeni bilgileri eskisine g\u00f6re \u00e7abuk \u00f6\u011frendikleri ve bu yeni bilgileri uzun zamanl\u0131 haf\u0131zalar\u0131na yerle\u015ftirmekte zorluk \u00e7ekmedikleri g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Uzun zamanl\u0131 haf\u0131zaya yerle\u015ftirilen bilgilerin, \u00f6\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan s\u00fcrekli olarak gerekti\u011fi zamanlarda kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 ve gelecekte olu\u015facak olan \u00f6\u011frenmelerde de kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Kurnaz, 2003). Bilgi ve ileti\u015fim teknolojileri; i\u015f ve di\u011fer aktivitelerin, de\u011fi\u015fen ve geli\u015fen teknolojilere eri\u015fimle birlikte \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00fcnyada, \u00f6\u011frencileri bu s\u00fcrecin i\u00e7erisine katmaya haz\u0131rl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\" data-id=\"52\" src=\"https:\/\/icaseonline.net\/damla2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/il.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-52\" srcset=\"https:\/\/icaseonline.net\/damla2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/il.webp 480w, https:\/\/icaseonline.net\/damla2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/il-300x200.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6\u011frenciler; bilgi ve ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek ve sorumluluk duyarak, bilgiyi aramak, ke\u015ffetmek, analiz etmek, sunmak, g\u00f6ndermek ve ay\u0131klamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131yorlar. Ayr\u0131ca, onlar, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli yerlerindeki insanlardan, topluluklardan ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerden bilgi ve deneyimlere an\u0131nda nas\u0131l eri\u015febileceklerini \u00f6\u011freniyorlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alanyaz\u0131ndaki tan\u0131mlardan yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda entegrasyon s\u00fcrecinde pek \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fkenin rol oynad\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkati \u00e7ekmektedir. B\u0130T\u2019lerin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve eri\u015fim, B\u0130T\u2019leri kullanabilme becerisine sahip insan g\u00fcc\u00fc, e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131, okul k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00f6\u011fretim program\u0131 gibi de\u011fi\u015fkenler s\u00fcrece etkisi olabilecek de\u011fi\u015fkenlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131na \u00f6rnek olarak verilebilir (Usluel-Ko\u00e7ak, Mumcu-Ku\u015fkaya ve Demiraslan, 2007). Teknoloji entegrasyonunu etkileyen t\u00fcm bu etmenler ve aralar\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiler g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda, s\u00fcrecin olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131k oldu\u011fu ve yap\u0131lacak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n s\u00fcrecin etkilili\u011finin artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dutt-Doner, Allen ve Corcoran (2006), okullara B\u0130T\u2019leri uyarlamay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in at\u0131lacak en \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlardan birinin \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirme programlar\u0131n\u0131 mercek alt\u0131na almak oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015ftir. Bu programlarda teknoloji uyarlamas\u0131n\u0131n etkili yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n olumlu geli\u015fmeleri t\u00fcm okullara yans\u0131tabilece\u011fi vurgulanmaktad\u0131r. Dutt-Doner, Allen ve arkada\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131 zaten dijital bireyler olarak yeti\u015fmektedirler; ancak teknolojiye a\u015fina olmak onu s\u0131n\u0131f ortam\u0131na entegre edebilmek anlam\u0131na gelmemektedir. Yani anlaml\u0131 teknoloji entegrasyonu deneyimleri teknolojiye de\u011fil, daha \u00e7ok y\u00f6ntem bilgisine dayanmaktad\u0131r. \u00dcstelik bu y\u00f6ntem bilgisi alandan alana farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6stermektedir (Dexter, Doering ve Riedel, 2006). Bilgi Teknolojileri ve \u00d6\u011fretmen E\u011fitimi Toplulu\u011fu (The Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE) 2002) etkin bi\u00e7imde B\u0130T\u2019leri kullanabilen \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin yeti\u015ftirebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli ko\u015fullar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde s\u0131ralamaktad\u0131r (akt. Tanyeri 2008):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uf0b7Teknoloji \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirme program\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirilmeli, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131 hem teknolojiyi nas\u0131l kullanacaklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmeli hem de teknolojiyi etkin bi\u00e7imde kullanmak zorunda kalacaklar\u0131 etkinliklere y\u00f6nlendirilmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bilgi teknolojileri, bilgisayar ve ileti\u015fim teknolojilerinin birlikte kullan\u0131lmas\u0131yla olu\u015fturulmu\u015f sistemlerdir. Bilgi teknolojileri; mikro elektronik ve veri iletiminin yan\u0131nda, faks makineleri, mobil telefonlar, kablolu televizyon, bilgisayarlar, bilgi a\u011flar\u0131, videoteks, software ve online veri tabanlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren teknolojilerdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rg\u00fctsel yaz\u0131\u015fmalarda, bilgi teknolojileri yard\u0131m\u0131yla elde edilen veriler toplan\u0131r, s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r, kaydedilir ve bilgiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclecek bi\u00e7imde i\u015flenerek, karar s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Y\u00f6netimde ileti\u015fimi sa\u011flayan bilgi ve ileti\u015fim teknolojileri, h\u0131zla geli\u015fmektedir. Ancak yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n teknolojiyi e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcrecinde, \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00f6\u011frenimini zenginle\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla kullanmaya y\u00f6nelik olarak kendilerini haz\u0131r hissetmediklerini g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n B\u0130T yeterliklerinin etkili bir \u015fekilde geli\u015ftirilebilmesi i\u00e7in, \u00f6\u011fretmen e\u011fitimi programlar\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6\u011fretmen adaylar\u0131n\u0131n B\u0130T entegrasyonuna y\u00f6nelik alg\u0131lar\u0131 ve tutumlar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak d\u00fczenlenmesi gerekmektedir (Sasseville, 2004).
